Controls
* Z - build up speed when you're on the halfpipe
* Arrow Keys / X - Hit these when you're airborne to perform the combo displayed at the bottom of the screen

you can cheat by pressing just every button there is
This is crazy cool.
One little piece of feedback - it's a bit hard to read the indicated combo buttons, especially some of the arrows. I would make them a bit bigger to be able to distinguish them.
